Terms & Conditions

Ø      Monthly rent per apartment : RS. 1,800/-

Ø      Two months rent needs to be paid in advance

Ø      Maximum lease period should be 11 months

Ø      Electricity charges will be extra

Ø      Re-leasing or sub-leasing will not be entertained

Ø      Other all terms and conditions will be according to the contract
